Overview
Sec. 10-80 of the New Madrid, Mo. Municipal Code states:
The city has adopted by reference the most recent editions of the following technical codes, as amended from time to time, all published by the International Code Council (ICC) with the exception of the National Fire Code which is published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), one copy of which codes are on file in the office of the city clerk, with the exception of the International Fire Prevention Code (IFC), which is on file in the office of the city fire chief:
(1) The International Building Code;
(2) The International Property Maintenance Code;
(3) The International Plumbing Code;
(4) The National Electrical Code;
(5) The International Fire Prevention Code;
(6) The International Mechanical Code.
